Tim Jarvis

Tim has just returned to Adelaide from a speaking tour of the UK giving accounts of his authentic recreation of Shackleton’s 1916 Antarctic journey of survival.  His recounts of efforts to stay true to the details of the original expedition had audiences on the edge of their seats.

Tim describes himself as an outcome focused person who is keen to find workable solutions to issues related to climate change and unsustainable land use. He is founder and leader of 25zero, a campaign to raise awareness of climate change by focusing on the world’s rapidly disappearing equatorial glaciers. He is also global ambassador for WWF Australia.
